Temple attendance - integration of religions at Luni, India/ November 18th, 2023

Early in the morning, we visited a large Hindu temple in Luni. Our peace community was invited to take part in the sacred ceremony with the Hindu community. Out of respect for their culture, we also wore a headdress and long clothes according to the customs of their temple.

Peace is nature and thus the originality of man and all beings. With this knowledge and in this certitude, we give all possible support to the great vision of world peace, so that peace can be recognized in people and peaceful coexistence can be realized worldwide.

When we arrived at the temple, we received a red dot on the spirit eye and a bracelet. In front of the figures of the deities Shiva, Brahman and Ganeesha, the sadguru held a fire ritual, accompanied by loud drumming and chanting. In the midst of them, we celebrated in deep solidarity, appreciation and honor.

Together we climbed the steps to an open plateau of the temple, where we were welcomed by the morning sun. In another offering ceremony, we sat down around several sacred fireplaces in the inner courtyard of the temple grounds and were given water to cleanse our hands. Water is used to cleanse and purify the body, soul and spirit.

Accompanied by ritual chants, we made offerings into the fire, which consisted of valuable spices, oats, coconut and ghee. The fire has a transformative power that enables a new beginning on all levels.

For the first time in history of the male-dominated tradition of this temple, a woman from our peace community spoke sacred words. One minute from the highest peace - for peace in the world. The words have been translated into Hindu and reached many people via the sound of the microphones. Together we spoke the blessing from the Light Awareness in gratitude for our common serving.

A delegation from our entire group attended an audience with the Sadguru of the temple. In recognition and appreciation of his educational work, we honored the ashram belonging to the temple and the small temple school with universal blessing. In a rewarding exchange, we talked about the importance of education in order to experience and recognize peace within oneself - peaceful action out of invocation, prayer and meditation brings peace to humanity.

The Sadguru was honored and acknowledged for his peace work with the blessing shawl from the Light Awareness.
Light Love Life Healing Strength and Blessing, woven into the blessing shawl, visibly delighted the Sadguru and touched his assistants deeply.
As an expression of our solidarity, the Sadguru invited us to be guests in his ashram again at any time.
